Statement on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Ten Schools Admission Organization (TSAO) consists of educational institutions that share values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. During this time of racial dissonance, we acknowledge the recent tragedies and mourn the loss of innocent life in this country, we affirm our support of our black community, and we stand with all those who demand change to systemic structures threatening the safety, well being, and success of all people of color in the United States.

As an organization, TSAO works diligently to realize the goal of creating communities that reflect the full range of our nation's diversity. However, it is clear diversity alone will not move the needle in creating social justice on our campuses. As we collaborate in our outreach to prospective families, we affirm that our institutions will strive to engage more diligently than ever to ensure that the students in our care will become empowered to make meaningful contributions to eradicating racism and promoting a more just society.
